Room receives its name from the “Quinde Esmeralda”a hummingbird with turquoise and green plumage native to Quito and its surroundings.  The room is located at the front of the hotel, on the second floor whit overlooking to the street. It is a two-story loft space, it has a full living / dining area on the first floor and a room with a full bathroom on the second floor.  The room includes a double sofa bed and designer chairs in the living / dining room, and a luggage table and coat rack in the bedroom area for your convenience.  Esmeralda is located in the central space of the hotel, originally part of the main hall of the house since 1905.  It has double height ceilings and a republican balcony overlooking the street. The atmosphere of Esmeralda is charming and timeless, with geometric patterns in shades of turquoise and green. The doors and windows to the balcony, provide the room with warmth and natural light.
