Carlota’s culinary concept comes to life at Bistro 626, a space where urban design meets the flavors of Ecuador. Located within our boutique hotel in Quito, in the heart of the Historic Center, the menu celebrates local products with a contemporary approach.

From Monday to Thursday, in addition to our regular menu featuring starters, soups, sandwiches, salads, main courses, desserts and beverages, we offer special options such as the ideal lunch in Quito: an executive menu that includes soup or salad, a main course and a beverage of your choice.

Perfect for those seeking a gastronomic pause with identity in one of the most authentic hotels in Quito’s Historic Center.
