Campanaria

Room receives its name from the “Lechuza Campanaria” or Barn Owl, the most common owl, native to Quito and its surroundings. The room includes a design chair, desk, luggage bench, and clothes stand for your convenience. The room is the center area of the hotel, what was once part of the grand living room of the original 1905 residence. It has double height ceilings and a balcony to the street. The atmosphere in Campanaria is nostalgic yet modern, with organic mantra like patterns in shades of warm colors. The three main doors to the balcony give the room sunshine and natural light. The room accommodates up to 4 people.
