Carlota is a boutique hotel in Quito with 12 rooms designed for those looking for more than just a place to sleep. Each space reflects the heritage history of the republican house, with geometric details inspired by Quito birds and reclaimed materials that dialogue with contemporary design.
All our rooms include organic alpaca bedding, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, safe, premium amenities and complimentary breakfast.
The concept of Carlota is complemented by the gastronomic proposal of this space where you can enjoy delicious dishes, where the urban atmosphere and local products are combined in an exquisite experience. The menu of Bistro 626 is very varied and has options of appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, desserts and drinks.
From Monday to Thursday we have, apart from the menu, 2 types of special options: the week day lunch (a choice of soup or salad, main course and the option of a cold drink or hot drink) and the Chef's Suggestion which is based on seasonal products.
